    1. Having recently finished watching season two of Stranger Things, I share the popular opinion that this sequel has been a funny, yet nail-biting and love stricken continuation of a mysterious science fiction show. Season two follows the journey of Will Byers as he is taken over by the evil Upside Down and how his friends, Mike, Dustin, Lucas, and Eleven try to save him from getting completely lost within such horrifying supernatural forces. This season especially elaborated on the romantic relationship between Eleven and Mike, and introduced new characters, such as Mad Max and Billy. The additional characters and an already enticing love story made this season stand out compared to season one in the most positive way possible.

    1. I am super into the show, Arrow, and all of the other superhero shows on the CW Network. Arrow is a TV adaptation of the Green Arrow superhero comic books. It is all about Oliver Queen, the rich, privileged boy turned relentless vigilante. This transformation happens after he washed ashore on a Chinese Island, Lian Yu. While away from home, he went to places in Asia, like Russia and China. When he returns home, he finds new enemies, and using his rich father’s factory facilities, he makes a hideout (base). From there, he becomes a vigilante- The Arrow. This show is super interesting and It has entertained me so much that I even bought merchindise from the show.

    1. I have recently finished reading the fictional book, The Dark Prophecy, by Rick Riordan. This is the second book in the author's new series called The Trials of Apollo. This book is filled with comedy, action, and a lot of information on Greek mythology. Any young teen will certainly enjoy this particular book, but not because it is filled with sarcasm and even more snarky sarcastic comments, but because the author teaches Greek Mythology in a very interesting and funny way. The reader is reading the book from the perspective of the god Apollo, who was turned into a normal human by his father Zeus. Apollo is forced to find all the Oracles of Prophecy before four cruel Roman Emperors can get the chance to destroy them. If they destroy them it will create chaos for Greek gods and demigods alike. I don't know about you but it seems like a pretty interesting book to read. Anyway the book doesn't just teach you the basics of mythology that everyone knows, it goes further than the basics. The book is also filled with lovable, interesting, one-of-a-kind characters that I feel any reader could enjoy, like Apollo, because who really knows a god that was turned into a mere mortal. The author also likes to relate human problems, history, and accomplishments to Greek Mythology, which makes the story both relate able and in a way mind blowing. What I am trying to say is that you should definitely go and read this book anytime you have the chance, because you'll definitely enjoy it as much as I did.

I actually downloaded the audio book and that helped me concentrate a little better because there was audio and visual as opposed to just visual. I am currently caught up on Greys Anatomy and Riverdale. Escape The Night ended, but it was a great show. I also am still currently loving Jenna Marbles and her attempts to become a beauty guru

    1. Stranger things recently came out with a new season. The show is produced by netflix and you can only watch it on netflix. Stranger things is about a group of kids who experiencing supernatural things. One kid from the group (will) goes missing because he is taken by a monster that they call the demogorgon and it is from what they call the upside down. At the end of season 1 will comes back which then leads into season 2 when they are facing a different monster that takes control of will. I feel there is a huge appeal to season 2 because of the relationships in the show. All of season 1 the fans wanted to see the 2 character, mike and eleven/elle to get together. The girls name is eleven because she was an experiment an that was her number. IN season 2 fans had to wait 8 episodes to let them reunite which made the viewers even more excited to see them reunited. They also make other new relationship that were interesting. Some relationships are eleven and hopper which is like a father/daughter relationship and max and lucas which is a middle school crush.

    What are you watching?
On the rare occasions where I have time to do so, I watch Hallmark movies, the news, Stranger Things, and The Goldbergs

    What are you playing?
I'm not really playing anything at the moment, but if I could I would love to play Call Of Duty WWII.

    1. I have read books on presidential assassinations before, but I have never read any by this author before now. The other books I have read don't hold a candle to this one. This author really brings you through the situations of the time, along with both the lives of President Kennedy, and his assassin Lee Harvey Oswald. I am a huge history buff, but this book had many things that I did know about. So, every second I spend reading this book is utterly captivating for me. I love to learn and anything that can teach me something about a topic in history is golden for me. Other assassination books I have read did not have as much information that was new to me, like I had hoped for, and did not captivate me nearly this much. It is the best assassination book I have read by far! It gets a full five stars from me!

    1. "The Gene An Intimate History" By Siddhartha Mukherjee was a book that was cross between personal experiences and scientific breakthroughs. This book is perfect for aspiring scientist because the book does not only have accurate scientific facts but the cross of personal experiences makes it interesting. It's references are relative and add to the book in various ways such as connecting and transitioning the book's chapters. This book gets a 5 star rating from me.

    1. Stranger Things season 2 shows Will with his friends and family in Hawkins after coming back from the upside down. He had been experiencing many flashbacks and nightmares about the upside down and this led his mother, Joyce, to worry about him. They go to Hawkins Lab and they do experiments and research on him. His mother’s boyfriend, Bob, tells Will to face his fear and yell at the demogorgon, he uses this advice and it takes over his body. Throughout the season, Will’s friends (Mike, Dustin, Lucas, Max, Jonathan (his brother), Nancy, and Steve) try to stop these creatures but the only person that can do that is Eleven. Everyone thought she was dead but came back from the upside down and lived with Hopp at a cabin in the woods. At first, she seeks to find her family so she visits her mother, who then leads her to her friend from the lab. She forms a relationship with her but goes back to help Will and save everyone from the demogorgons. In the end, everyone is happy at the snowball. Overall, I really loved how this season turned out. I was kind of scared to watch it at first because I really liked the first season and I didn’t want it to ruin the show. I think everyone who loves humor and mystery films should watch it. Netflix just announced that season 3 is on its way and I am extremely excited!

    1. Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, the sixth installment in the beloved Harry Potter series, shows how the students of Hogwarts are continuing to grow and mature. They become involved in more serious relationships, and strengthen their friendships. We see that even though they are skilled witches and wizards, they are still awkward teenagers. On top of this coming of age, the arising threat of Voldemort and his Death Eaters also has everyone on edge. Harry spends more time with his headmaster, Dumbledore, learning more about this threat, and ways to defeat him once and for all. The ending of this book (no spoilers) also serves as the final push for both Harry and Voldemort, and it marks the beginning of the end, and the fate of the wizarding world is now on the shoulders of Harry Potter. As the penultimate book, it wonderfully sets things up for an amazing ending. Though gloomy at times, many important aspects to the characters' final journey are set up and it leaves readers wanting more.

    1. Many people can agree that “Friends” is an incredible series to watch at any time in your life. The story follows the lives of six best friends who are living in New York and are still trying to figure out what they’re doing and who they want to be with in their lives. It shows how they cope with friends and family, new and old, coming in and out of their lives. They get through it all together, and no matter who else gets involved in their friendship, everything always comes back to the six of them needing each other to get through it. “Friends” is one of those shows that just makes people feel happy. Of course, there are some episode that for many could be tear jerkers for many, but overall, “Friends” a majorly feel-good series.

    1. "Confessions: The Murder of an Angel" is the forth book to the Confessions series. It is narrated by Tandoori Angel and the story follows her and her brothers, as well as her newly found sister after the death of their parents Malcolm and Maud Angel. Their parents experimented on them, giving them pills that they manufactured to enhance their abilities. In this forth book, after a variety of events, including her brother being jailed and being sent to a mental asylum, Tandoori attempts to close Angel Pharmaceutics. She faces many challenges, in including her uncle who benefits from the Pharmaceutics and doesn't want it to close. Another big challenge she faces discovering who is behind the multiple attempts on her life, hence the title "The Murder of an Angel." Overall it is a good book and shows how far Tandoori is willing to go to destroy her parent' s legacy and help her family.

It's about a guy named Barry Allen who got superpowers which allowed him to be extremely fast. He works at Star Labs with his team. They are Cisco,Iris(Barry's fiance),Joe(Iris' Dad),Wally(Kid Flash),H.R(There are literally like five hundred different ones of him), and another girl(Killer Frost) who I forgot her name but she has ice powers. It's a wonderful tv show that I recommend everyone to watch.

    1. I started watching Sherlock last year during winter break. Sherlock is a modern take on the stories and books of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle; it follow Doctor Watson(Martin Freeman, the Hobbit films) and Sherlock Holmes (Benedict Cumberbatch,'Dr. Strange') as they solve crimes in the Twenty-first Century. The show is definitely very entertaining and rather addicting too. I finished half of the series in one day. However I was only able to do this because there are only three or four episodes to a season, and only four seasons have been made despite the showing being on since 2010. With the exception of the filming schedule, Sherlock is an amazing show, with many devoted (to put it lightly) fans, including myself. I would definitely recommend watching if you get a chance, you can find it on Netflix or- every once in a while- on Masterpiece on PBS.
